Greta Thunberg has been named TIME’s person of the year for her climate activism. She has risen to fame for her unrelenting commitment to the climate crisis, speaking at climate conferences and influencing governing bodies around the world to pass legislation to combat climate change. She has also spoken to the inextricable link between the economy and climate change, calling on economic systems to adapt and change in response, which is very much in line with our goals at AFEE. Excellent work, Greta, and keep fighting the good fight!
That’s all for now. Anything we’ve missed? Let us know in the comments!
